We believe that employee development is the foundation for continuous evolution and that a smile is the greatest source of energy for daily tasks. **\#BeUrla** and taste the joy of working with HAPPINESS! **Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will be responsible for moving market assets, performing sorting, loading and unloading, installation, testing, and retrieval activities at customer premises. **And more...** * Install equipment; * Sort equipment for installation, verify documentation, and carry out necessary adjustments before releasing deliveries; * Assist in delivery, installation, and testing of market assets at customer premises. * Retrieve equipment; * Assist in removing assets from customer premises. * Perform maintenance on assets; * Maintain organization of available equipment at units; * Carry out equipment hygiene when required, according to internal processes and procedures. * Package equipment and make it available for loan agreements. **OTHER ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in departmental and company-wide meetings; * Participate in or lead projects, special programs, and multidisciplinary teams when requested; * Assist in preparing departmental/sector reports; * Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and method improvements to enhance quality and reduce departmental/sector costs; * Participate in task forces when necessary; * Assist in other departmental activities as directed by management; * Meet challenges and goals established for your position/department within defined timeframes; * Participate in and/or conduct internal and external training sessions; * Guide less experienced professionals and cross-departmental teams, and support technical visits as needed; * Comply with and contribute to implementing the Integrated Management System policy and procedures for Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety at Uberlândia Refrescos. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completion of the 5th grade of elementary school; * Availability for travel; * No prior experience required. **Additional Information** **Here at Uberlândia Refrescos, we welcome and value every story.** We believe each journey is unique.
