**Quitcar** is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker with a commercial background and consultative profile to operate within the store, providing protection and insurance solutions to automotive and property segment customers. We seek a professional with strong communication skills, commercial opportunity awareness, and practical experience in the insurance market—especially auto insurance. **Key Responsibilities** * Marketing of automotive insurance; * Offering residential and commercial property insurance; * Providing consultative service to store customers; * Preparing quotations and tracking proposals; * Managing relationships with insurers and partners; * Monitoring renewals and post\-sale support; * Identifying cross\-selling opportunities within the store's customer portfolio. **Requirements** * **Proven experience in the insurance field;** * **Commercial, organized, and proactive profile;** * **Strong communication and relationship-building skills;** * Proficiency in customer service and negotiation; * Familiarity with quotation platforms and insurance companies.
