Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory legislation. **Accord Farmacêutica**, a market leader in generics and biosimilars for Oncology, Hematology, and Critical Care, is seeking a **Foreign Trade Supervisor** to join our team and contribute to the excellence of our processes. The candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing import/export and logistics activities, analyzing and controlling documentation flows, customs regimes, and foreign exchange operations. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the entire import process, from order placement to warehouse entry; Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and regulatory legislation; * Negotiate with international suppliers and logistics operators; * Monitor customs clearance, international freight, domestic transportation, and goods nationalization; * Control import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, among others); * Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory control, and material flow; * Develop and monitor KPIs for the Foreign Trade and Logistics area; * Interact with internal departments such as Procurement, Tax, Finance, and Production. * Review, update, and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) relevant to Foreign Trade and Logistics activities; Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Logistics or related fields. Languages: Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory). Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience: * End-to-end management of the import process (order placement, shipment, customs clearance, and delivery). * Customs regimes. * Interaction with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers. * Experience in system configuration, document verification, and customs release.
