With a focus on valuing human capital, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Perform general cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, storage area, and external areas of the restaurant. Sanitize tables, chairs, floors, walls, and contact surfaces. Collect and properly dispose of waste, separating common and recyclable trash. Transport waste to the appropriate disposal location, using PPE. Keep restrooms clean and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in kitchen organization. Clean equipment and utensils according to instructions. Support restaurant opening and/or closing with emphasis on cleaning and organization. Ensure proper use of cleaning products and personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow the cleaning and hygiene standards required by the Hawaiian restaurant concept. Previous experience as a Hygiene Assistant, Cleaning Helper, Cleaning Assistant, or Cleaning Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
