DESCRIPTION Collect waste from departments and deliver it to the waste storage area. \* Perform daily external cleaning of the company premises, including side areas, front facades, and rear areas, by sweeping and washing. \* Maintain gardens and plants, including watering and pruning. \* Ensure roofs and gutters are always in good condition. \* Perform maintenance and conservation of all external areas, using a blower machine to clean the external parking lot and company entrance, sweeping internal areas, cleaning storm drains, and sweeping pedestrian walkways, corridors, and sidewalks. \* Carry out all selective waste collection: remove waste generated in the cafeteria after every meal and dispose of it at the central waste storage area; additionally, organize discarded boxes, plastics, glass, and pallets in the recycling section. \* Clean and sanitize the kitchen hood in the cafeteria, the water filter box of the drinking fountain in the production department, the central lubrication containment basin, the central waste storage room, the administrative gas storage room, and external trash bins. \* Perform complete sanitization of the cafeteria air conditioner, draining the water reservoir, cleaning ventilation components, and internal and external structures. \* Assist in civil construction activities when required. \* Supervise third-party service execution for air conditioning sanitization across the entire company, for selective waste collection, for replacement of paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers, and for receipt of leased equipment. \* Maintain and preserve all internal and external gardens through pruning, removal of dry and damaged branches, grass cutting, pruning, watering, and application of necessary inputs for growth and development. \* Assist other professionals in executing tasks when required. LOCATION: INDUSTRIAL SCHEDULE: Availability to work the second shift, **from 5:00 PM to 2:45 AM**. Transportation provided for return at the end of the shift if no personal vehicle is available.
