JOB MISSION:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the operations of agribusiness stores within a cooperative, ensuring efficient supply of agricultural and veterinary inputs to cooperative members, integrating commercial activities with agronomic and veterinary technical assistance. Strategically drive sustainable development of rural production, strengthen relationships with cooperative members, and ensure competitiveness in the regional market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
\* Supervise and guide commercial and operational activities of agribusiness stores located in the Alto Paranaíba region cities, ensuring achievement of sales targets, service quality, and compliance with cooperative standards.
\* Directly manage field team leaders, store managers, and rural cooperative extension staff, promoting strategic alignment, continuous training, and goal attainment.
\* Coordinate technical (agronomy and veterinary) and commercial teams, fostering synergy between technical and commercial support to deliver integrated solutions for producers.
\* Monitor store and local supervisor performance using management indicators, managerial reports, and regular on-site visits.
\* Track and analyze agribusiness input markets, identifying cost-effective procurement opportunities and coordinating market intelligence for strategic supply decisions.
\* Monitor competitor pricing, service practices, and market positioning, implementing commercial strategy adjustments to maintain the cooperative's competitiveness.
\* Plan and execute fairs, field days, technical events, and rural cooperative extension activities in partnership with suppliers and research/educational institutions.
\* Develop and implement continuous training programs for field and customer service teams, ensuring technical updating and performance improvement.
\* Build and strengthen partnerships with input suppliers, laboratories, research centers, and public agencies supporting agriculture and livestock.
\* Propose and implement innovations in products, services, and processes related to rural marketing and technical assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
Experience in cooperatives is desirable.
Experience in store management is desirable.
