Job Summary: Supervise and guide the shipping team, monitor goods, plan logistics, and ensure correct documentation and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure interaction with other departments Supervise and guide personnel in the shipping department; Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, verifying whether inventory is organized and whether quantities and types of products are correct for shipment; Plan and organize transportation logistics, evaluating optimal freight options, delivery routes, and cost-benefit ratios for the company; Issue and receive necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank slips, ensuring documentation is accurate and properly recorded; Ensure interaction with other departments; Route planning. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in supervision, coordination, or as a supervisor for loading/unloading, shipping, and goods delivery activities; Completed high school education (technical course or university degree is a plus). **Salary:** 2\.500,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30; Saturday, 07:30–11:30 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (BRL 21.63 per working day) \+ Medical and Dental Insurance \+ Attendance-Based Food Basket \+ PPR (Profit Sharing Program) \+ Life Insurance \+ Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
