Senior Production Control Analyst

Description

Professional responsible for strategic control of production information, continuous improvement, and support to operational management. Main responsibilities: * Manage strategic production indicators; * Develop operational performance analyses; * Structure internal controls and processes; * Propose systemic and operational improvements; * Conduct data reliability audits; * Support integration among production, PPC (Production Planning and Control), and management; * Develop dashboards and managerial reports; * Work on reducing failures and rework; * Participate in continuous improvement projects; * Support data-driven decision-making based on key indicators. Expected competencies: * Systemic vision; * Advanced analytical ability; * Knowledge of industrial indicators; * Power BI (desirable); * Advanced ERP; * Technical leadership; * Continuous improvement. Desirable requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in: * Production Engineering; * Administration; * Logistics; * Management Processes; * Related fields. * Excel proficiency; * Aptitude for technology and systems; * Organized and analytical profile.
