Together, we will advance further than ever before. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee production, process development, and logistics activities at phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, utilities, ETEL, and NH3 plants; * Establish work plans and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, target volumes, costs, timelines, material inspection processes, and raw material quality control; * Lead process improvement/review studies. * Budget and control overall production department expenses to ensure achievement of production targets within established quality standards, cost levels, and timelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in productive management of acids (phosphoric and sulfuric); * Knowledge of regulatory safety standards for electrical and rotating mechanical equipment; * Knowledge of cost analysis and project coordination; * Familiarity with performance indicators. **Additional Information** We are a young and ambitious company, built by people sharing the same vibrant energy and alignment with our growth DNA.
