




Job Summary: Responsible for translating the construction schedule into material demand, ensuring material availability without excesses and avoiding emergency purchases. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of processes and tools Responsible for translating the construction schedule into material demand to ensure that materials required for each phase of the schedule are available without excesses and to avoid emergency purchases. * Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to identify all material requirements (cables, cable trays, panels, circuit breakers, transformers, switchboards, conduits, PPE, etc.) based on project schedules. * Develop a supply plan aligned with the physical\-financial schedule of the project. * Define purchase lots and delivery windows according to execution phases. * Evaluate local supply options for project execution sites. * Adjust the supply plan in response to design changes, replanning, or field contingencies. * Review lead times and budgets considering manufacturer versus distributor (distribution) options. * Anticipate supply bottlenecks that could halt work fronts. * Identify critical items (long lead time items such as transformers, special panels, specific cables). * Monitor market conditions and input availability. * Track material and logistics budgets against project cost expectations. * Identify bidding opportunities leveraging aggregated demand across projects (pre-SC). * Plan transportation to construction sites, considering timelines, risks, and access restrictions. * Conduct procurement due diligence, communicating delays and sharing information with project stakeholders. * Lead material status alignment meetings. * Participate in project kickoffs, identifying potential bottlenecks and providing relevant information to the process. * Propose and implement improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies to promote efficiency, standardization, innovation, and team development. * Adhere to Setta Group’s compliance policy, ensuring all activities comply with the company’s ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines, promoting integrity and transparency in commercial processes.
