OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT

Description

Carry out simple tasks in operational, traffic signaling, production, logistics, or maintenance areas under instructions, such as transporting parts or materials, collecting leftover materials or tools, cleaning and organizing work areas, yards, lawns, loading, unloading, and performing general manual labor to support these needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform manual labor within operational systems, including feeding production lines, handling waste, cables, and materials, directing loading and unloading operations, and other similar tasks required for production or operations; * Participate in heavy maintenance work, including cutting, washing, sanding, assisting in the movement of sheets, pipes, and equipment, supporting the preparation and reassembly of work areas, lifting operations, cable handling, and other tasks required at workstations; * Perform lawn trimming, clearing vegetation to open spaces, trenching, and pruning using appropriate machinery and following instructions to maintain adequate appearance conditions; * Carry out diverse, straightforward tasks in operational units, such as cafeteria services, building maintenance and upkeep, weeding, gardening, mail handling, and other necessary activities to meet required needs; * Clean operational facilities (yards, factories, warehouses, restrooms, changing rooms, etc.) by sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, and removing grease, oil, etc., to ensure order and preservation of the work environment; * Organize cabinets, barrels, drums, storerooms, and perform equipment, material, and tool loading and unloading, including securing, counting, and/or stocking, to support operational and maintenance tasks; * Carry out simple errands, such as delivering messages, answering phones, transporting documents and packages, and making small purchases, to assist communication among personnel and general movement; **Workstation: Traffic Signaling** * Manually signal truck and trailer traffic near sanitary landfills to ensure logistical vehicle entry and exit. **Other Operational Activities** * Participate in EPAE teams (Emergency Response Teams) performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary operations; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or outsourced teams, reporting and/or taking preventive measures per institutional instructions received; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of incomplete elementary education – 4th grade preferred. * Promptness, interest, discipline, and good interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym assistance * Pharmacy assistance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
