Metrics analysis and identification of growth opportunities About the Company: An e-commerce group with a structured operation across Brazil's leading marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shein), operating its own logistics infrastructure and maintaining strong import operations, with facilities in Uberlândia (MG) and Guarulhos (SP). For this position, the professional will be responsible for managing and growing marketplace sales, ensuring performance, competitiveness, and alignment with logistics and inventory. \* Account management on: Shopee, Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop, and Amazon \* Creation, optimization, and standardization of listings \* Pricing and competitiveness management \* Monitoring of metrics (conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, margin, ranking) \* Planning of campaigns and commercial initiatives \* Traffic management (ADS within marketplaces) \* Identification of growth opportunities (products, bundles, scaling) \* Coordination with inventory and logistics teams (to prevent stockouts and delays) \* Interface with procurement/import team for restocking \* Ensuring operational quality (delivery timelines, reputation, reviews) \* Competitive analysis \* Suggestions for new products and strategies \* Market trend monitoring Desired Competencies for the Role: Experience with marketplaces (especially Shopee and Mercado Livre); knowledge of Ads (Shopee Ads / Mercado Ads), pricing, catalog management, intermediate/advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued): Experience with TikTok Shop, experience managing multiple accounts, ERP knowledge (e.g., Olist), experience handling high order volumes, familiarity with integrated logistics operations.
