Perform corrective maintenance services on mobile and industrial machinery and equipment, subassemblies, and tools, aligning, adjusting, lubricating, replacing parts, and performing cold vulcanization on conveyor belts to restore operations in the shortest possible time. Procure requests and materials in advance to expedite work execution, optimizing time and ensuring operational continuity. Supervise and technically guide activities performed by third parties, evaluating completed work and requesting necessary corrections. Ensure that all activities are conducted according to established safety standards and that PPE is used. Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out planned activities. Operate planers, grinders, oxy-fuel cutting sets, grinders, electric hammers, guillotines, poli\-cut machines, pneumatic and hydraulic machines, sanders, torque wrenches, drills, presses, and other devices, and provide guidance on equipment operation to ensure operational safety. Carry out and participate in mechanical equipment commissioning following maintenance and/or projects, as well as perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on valves to ensure equipment safety. Carry out and support calibration of rail and road scales through alignment and leveling to ensure accuracy. Operate forklifts, light vehicles, and tractors to lift and transport parts and equipment during maintenance activities. Perform vulcanization activities on conveyor belts to restore their functionality.
