




Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for food pre-preparation, assisting in dish preparation, kitchen organization, and safe food handling. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on food safety and inventory control **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform food pre-preparation: washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to kitchen team instructions. * Assist in dish preparation, following the chef's or cooks' instructions and applying basic techniques such as boiling, grilling, and baking. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including countertops, utensils, pots, equipment, and storage areas. * Ensure proper food handling and storage, complying with food safety standards and product expiration dates. * Support inventory control: check quantities of supplies and materials, report replenishment needs, and ensure proper item preservation. * And other department-related activities. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in kitchen operations is considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling best practices; * Organization, agility, and proactivity.
