Count on us to build the future together! **Brief job description:** Negotiate and execute scheduled procurement activities, engaging with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely availability, appropriate quantity, quality, and cost—following established procedures and adhering to the ethical and conduct standards required for this position. **Job responsibilities:** * Fulfill the Company’s demand for scheduled procurement processes by identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, and conducting negotiations within defined authority limits and in accordance with Company procedures and policies—aiming for procurement proficiency, high supplier performance, and achievement of established goals. * Identify, develop, qualify, and evaluate new suppliers to meet the Company’s needs, following internal procedures, to enhance competitiveness and ensure responsiveness to departmental demands. * Register suppliers according to internal procedures, conducting technical visits to identify quality or supply risks, as well as proposing process improvements and alternative supply solutions through market analysis—targeting achievement of the Company’s defined cost, timeline, and quality objectives. * Analyze and monitor departmental KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing, planning, overseeing implementation of, and evaluating corrective actions—ensuring achievement of Company-defined targets. * Plan, implement, and carry out assigned duties with agility, autonomy, and excellence, mastering all operations, processes, or equipment relevant to the area of responsibility (or demonstrating mastery of processes and technologies across multiple areas), while applying comprehensive, systemic analysis—and relying on managerial support for decisions exceeding one’s autonomy or expertise. * Support less technically experienced professionals in handling complex tasks by sharing knowledge and contributing to their professional development. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, materials, products, and other opportunities aligned with the Company’s safety, quality, and results principles. * Support the immediate manager in processes inherent to the role, leveraging experience for self-development. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or related areas (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with strong involvement in strategic negotiations. * Experience in supplier management, contract management, and market analysis.
