Ensuring system operation in accordance with regulations. **Boiler Operator I** **Mission:** Operate equipment for steam and energy generation; monitor water quality at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) through analyses for steam generation and supply of treated water to the boiler and cogeneration energy system. Monitor raw material consumption and operation of the high-pressure boiler, turbo generator, WTP, and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), ensuring proper system operation in compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate and monitor boiler, turbo generator, WTP, WWTP, and compressed air compressor equipment, ensuring continuity and efficiency of steam and energy generation. * Monitor and ensure the quality of treated water used in the boiler by performing analyses, evaluating results, and identifying the need for chemical additives, in accordance with legal regulations and company-established procedures. * Monitor consumption of raw materials used in the steam generation process, treated water, and energy, contributing to operational control. * Complete and maintain up-to-date production, cleaning, and chemical control spreadsheets and records, ensuring traceability of operational information. * Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company safety procedures and regulations, and participating in departmental safety meetings (DDS). **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role or in industrial activities; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x2 schedule across three shifts (morning/afternoon/night); * Training courses related to WTP/WWTP operation and water treatment will be considered as advantages.
