Job Summary: Professional responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, setting up and organizing buffets, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Assists in operational flow and ensures service quality Job Responsibilities: * Provides excellent customer service in the hotel's restaurant and bar, ensuring courtesy, efficiency, organization, and quality of food and beverage services. * Accurately records orders and relays them to the kitchen/bar team, supporting operational flow. * Sets up and organizes buffets across different meal periods: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner; replenishes food and beverages as needed while maintaining presentation standards, monitoring product quality and temperature, and complying with health surveillance regulations and procedures. * Maintains a clean and organized environment. * Controls usage of materials and supplies and reports requirements to supervision, contributing to a pleasant and safe dining experience. * Ensures proper execution of tasks and service quality, along with other duties inherent to the role. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in bars and restaurants. * Good verbal fluency.
