Job Summary: Professional responsible for serving internal and external customers, controlling and coordinating transportation operations, and monitoring cargo loading and unloading. Preparation of documentation and price research for services. Reports to the Logistics Supervisor. Serves internal and external customers. Controls, schedules, and coordinates general transportation operations; monitors loading, transshipment, and unloading operations. Verifies safety conditions of transportation means and equipment used, as well as the cargo itself. Supervises cargo storage and transportation, and operational efficiency of equipment and vehicles. Controls resources and supplies, prepares necessary documentation for cargo release. Researches transportation service prices, identifies and plans routes, and provides information on transportation and cargo conditions. * Personal and telephone customer service; * Prepares quotations, budgets, cost-benefit analyses, issues reports, and provides feedback to customers and superiors; * Generates *Check List* for routes, reports, collection orders, scheduling, and rescheduling. Maintains historical records, performs required write-offs, and provides feedback to customers and superiors; * Issues, validates, sends, and verifies waybills, invoices, and electronic transport documents (CTE), related to scheduled and planned deliveries and collections; * Performs, reschedules, and writes off collections; * Validates documents and incidents; * Handles customer complaints, memorizing or recording their content to escalate to superiors; Assists superiors with other duties and tasks relevant to the position.
