Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and indicators; monitor deadlines and internal processes. Provide information to customers, suppliers, and colleagues; record requests and forward demands. Assist with simple accounting entries, invoice verification, and document organization for accounting purposes. Manage office supplies inventory, place purchase orders, and track deliveries. Support for financial processes (simple entries, invoice verification). HR support (time tracking, vacation management, onboarding). Preparation of reports and spreadsheets for indicator monitoring. Experience with ERP systems and management tools, preferably with SAP experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in private companies with corporate structures. Experience in customer and supplier service. Participation in administrative process improvement projects.
