Responsibilities: * Attend to customer requests; * Team management; * Monitor and control team and store performance indicators; develop and implement action plans to achieve store targets under your responsibility; * Serve as the store’s liaison with administrative and support departments; manage store finances, infrastructure, product inventory, personnel, and store supply inventory; * Ensure all mandatory legal documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Implement loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety procedures; * Interact with regulatory agency representatives; * Guarantee proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness according to established standards. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience in the retail sector and in leadership roles; * Availability to work varied shifts and rotating schedules.
