Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited in our environment.** #### **About the position:** * Plan, organize, and control all store activities—including opening or closing the store, purchasing, product display and presentation, shelf arrangement, cleaning, customer and staff guidance, daily cash register closing, and final store shutdown—with the objective of attracting, retaining, and building customer loyalty. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist, monitor, and rotate through all daily activities of the store manager, per the manager’s instructions; * Substitute for the store manager whenever necessary; * Monitor and supervise the sales team’s activities, especially customer service and product organization; * Train the store team to ensure technical readiness to fully meet customer needs—selling the appropriate product based on assessed requirements, and providing correct guidance on product installation and usage. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience in this role * Minimum age of 18 years * Computer literacy * Flexible availability for work hours. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * On-site meals * Performance-based bonuses * Trainee Program * Partnerships with affiliated companies * Discounts on private-label products #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift pattern: 6 days on / 1 day off * Daily working hours: 7h 20min
