Job Summary: Condomínio Splendido is seeking a Maintenance and Conservation Assistant to perform maintenance and conservation of common areas, gardens, and provide operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Court maintenance and common area preservation 2. Operational support for events and reservations 3. Minor operational requests from the condominium The **Condomínio Splendido** currently has an **immediately available opening** for the position of **Maintenance and Conservation Assistant**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Court maintenance; * Common area preservation; * Support for building maintenance; * Garden maintenance; * Cleaning and organization; * Opening and closing of rentable spaces; * Key delivery and collection; * Completion of environment usage checklists; * Operational support for events and reservations; and * Minor operational requests from the condominium. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this field is preferred; * **Valid driver's license, Category A, is mandatory**; * A valid driver's license, Category B, is desirable; and * Strong communication skills, commitment, responsibility, and proactivity. **Work Schedule:** 12x36 shift, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Compensation:** Salary: R$ 1\.989,27 Benefits: R$710,00 Monthly attendance bonus Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: Starting from R$1\.989,27 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a driver's license?
