Job Summary: Perform automotive body repair work, ensuring quality while adhering to internal policies and health and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver high-quality services within the proposed deadlines **Job Mission** * Perform automotive body repairs on customers' vehicles, ensuring service quality while complying with internal policies and occupational health and safety regulations. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Repair dented vehicles; * Cut and replace parts that cannot be reused; * Restore internal components that can be reused; * Assemble vehicle components such as doors, tail lights, headlights, fender liners, hoods, door locks, door seals, and others; * Fit replacement components; * Sand welding points to achieve a finished surface; * Prepare estimates in accordance with internal policies; * Deliver high-quality services within the proposed deadlines, in compliance with internal policies and standards; * Adhere to workplace procedures, including workstation cleaning, personal hygiene, completion of training courses, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), among others. **What You Need to Have** * Completed elementary education; * Solid experience in automotive bodywork. **Learn About Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans, meal vouchers, life insurance, transportation vouchers, pharmacy assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, and sports), and other partner programs. **We Are Proud of Our History!** We are the largest Chevrolet dealership network in the interior of Minas Gerais and are seeking new talents to join our team.
