We grow sustainably without compromising ethics, empathy, and quality in every interaction. ***Responsibilities:*** Conduct sales both in person and via telephone to expand the member base; * Maintain ongoing relationships and provide support to members, both in person and via telephone; * Be responsible for initiating insurance claims, conducting on-site inspections at the company's address, and performing daily cash reconciliation; * Update and manage financial records, including bill payments and maintaining member registration data, as well as supporting the finance department by sending invoices, receipts, and other office-related documentation; * Conduct collection and negotiation activities (by telephone) with active and inactive members; * Contribute to expanding and retaining the membership portfolio, aiming to reduce cancellation rates (churn); * Submit documents to the legal department within requested deadlines; * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information in the CRM system to support relationship strategies and membership growth ***Requirements:*** Completed high school education; preferred qualifications include technical or undergraduate degrees in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields. * Experience in sales and customer service, emphasizing quality and efficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to argue persuasively; * Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving goals and performance targets; * General knowledge of sales techniques and processes. * Proficiency with technology and digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM, email/digital distribution platforms). * Teamwork skills to collaboratively achieve shared goals. * Responsible and disciplined handling of confidential information, maintaining ethics and respect toward members and colleagues; * Openness and receptiveness to task delegation from management.
