The company is currently expanding its operational and commercial activities across Brazil and internationally, and we are looking for professionals who want to be part of this transformation. * Provide customer service via official company channels such as chat and/or phone; * Act as closer; * Handle leads generated by the pre\-sales team and proactively prospect new customers aligned with the business strategy and targets set by the unit; * Deliver solution presentations emphasizing the prospect’s needs, clearly conveying the software’s unique value proposition; * Prepare proposals within the system and conduct follow\-up with customers until deal closure; * Update the CRM regularly according to progress in your activities to ensure effective pipeline and forecast management; * Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales; * Strong communication skills, resilience, flexibility, analytical ability, and prospecting capability; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes); **We Offer:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Leisure benefit * TotalPass * Company-provided equipment * Transportation allowance * Performance-based bonuses * Tracker benefit Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.883,62 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
