A multinational infrastructure and highway concession company is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized professional to monitor and control toll collection operations. The Toll Collection Audit Assistant will be responsible for monitoring transactions, performing financial and cash reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting internal audits—thereby contributing to information reliability and revenue loss prevention. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor toll collection operations and track transactions in the system. * Perform financial reconciliations and operational cash verifications. * Investigate discrepancies, rejections, and inconsistencies in payment methods. * Support analysis of KPIs and preparation of management reports. * Participate in internal audits and follow-up on action plans. * Draft technical instructions and support process standardization. * Respond to audit requests, regulatory bodies, and client inquiries. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Undergraduate studies in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is a plus. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and knowledge of Power BI. * Willingness to travel. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in financial reconciliation, auditing, or internal controls. * Familiarity with toll collection systems such as Compsis and/or Tecsidel. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization, responsibility, and discipline. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments.
