We are looking for a professional to join our Accounts Payable team, with emphasis on organization, financial control, and adherence to deadlines. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of the company's financial obligations, contributing to the efficiency of financial flows and internal process compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform payment postings, verifications, and scheduling; Monitor due dates for bank slips, invoices, contracts, and other financial obligations; Execute payment reconciliations and related financial routine reconciliations; Validate supporting documents for payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies; Manage supplier relationships to resolve pending issues and provide clarifications; Support financial closing activities, preparation of controls, and managerial reports; Ensure timely execution and organizational efficiency within the department. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Prior experience in accounts payable and finance routines; Knowledge of financial postings, reconciliations, and payment workflows; Proficiency in Excel; Organized, analytical, detail-oriented profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with financial ERPs; Experience in corporate environments with high-volume workloads; Knowledge of financial closing processes and internal controls. **Desired Competencies:** Operational organization and discipline; Sense of priority and commitment to deadlines; Analytical ability; Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude; Proactivity in identifying and resolving pending issues.
