PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the scheduled hours. Ministro Olavo Drummond, km 1932 to end, opposite the airport \| Araxá MG \- 38180400 **Job Summary:** Provides psychological therapy aimed at diagnosing and assessing emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders in patients, investigating unconscious behavioral factors to bring them into conscious awareness, clarifying conflicts, and accompanying patients throughout the treatment process until discharge; additionally participates in the development and implementation of health initiatives and campaigns. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical practice. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents submitted will be rejected. Professional experience must be verified through one of the following means: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry title corresponds to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care. Core intervention repertoire: functional level and psychosocial needs assessment of patients; stress theories and management; pain theories and management: coping styles. Group practices. The psychologist’s role at the interface of health/work/education. Alcohol, tobacco, other drugs: fields of practice and theoretical trends.
