We are seeking a Nutrition Technician to join our team. The professional will assist in supervising food production, ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, monitor menus, control inventory, and support operational team management—all aimed at delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor and guide meal production and distribution; \- Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and good practices; \- Control quality, shelf life, and storage of ingredients and food items; \- Support menu planning and implementation; \- Conduct training for the kitchen staff; \- Prepare, complete, and monitor control spreadsheets. **Work schedule:** 12x36 **Working hours:** 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Requirements:** \- Completed Technical Course in Nutrition and active registration with CRN (Regional Nutrition Council); \- Experience in food service units; \- Knowledge of good handling and food safety practices; \- Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; \- Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** Attendance bonus, meal allowance, basic food basket, salary advance, transportation allowance, and meals provided at the company.
