Responsibilities: • Identify materials and surfaces to be polished; • Assess and define the required polishing grade according to finishing standards; • Select appropriate tools, abrasives, and accessories for each process; • Adjust polisher speed (RPM) according to technical specifications; • Define minimum dimensions for grinding wheels and polishing discs; • Assemble and adjust polishing wheels (brushes, discs, and wheels) on machines; • Execute the correct sequence of polishing movements to ensure high-quality finishing; • Identify wear and end-of-life of polishing tools; • Replace grinding wheels, discs, and polishing tools as needed; • Maintain organization, preservation, and basic maintenance of polishing equipment. ### **Prerequisites** • Experience in industrial polishing, preferably of stainless steel; • Knowledge of abrasive tools, discs, grinding wheels, and polishers; • Ability to interpret surface finish standards; • Attention to detail and commitment to quality; • Organization and responsibility regarding workplace safety. ### **Benefits** Health insurance, dental insurance, meals provided on-site, pharmacy discount program.
