Supervise the cleaning team's activities by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring employee performance. Control the consumption and inventory of cleaning materials, products, and equipment to avoid waste and ensure adequate supply. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and operational procedures. Conduct periodic inspections of serviced areas to identify cleaning, maintenance, and improvement needs. Provide training and guidance to the team on cleaning techniques, organization, and good hygiene practices. Monitor team attendance, work schedules, and productivity to meet operational demands. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning processes by proposing actions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
