Job Summary: SEST SENAT is seeking a Sports and Leisure Instructor to deliver classes, courses, and lectures, as well as support the planning and implementation of sports promotion initiatives. Performs administrative tasks in the area THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE TRANSPORTATION NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Ministro Olavo Drummond, km 1932 to end, opposite airport \| Araxá MG \- 38180400 **JOB SUMMARY:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing SEST’s sports and leisure promotion activities and in performing administrative tasks in the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF). **PROOF:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the respective Regional Council (at the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE POPULATIONS. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected.
