Join us!** **Position: Design System Engineer (DSE)** -------------------------------------- **Location:** Betim/MG (hybrid model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote) **Company:** Luza Group | Client: Stellantis ### **Position Description** We are looking for a **Design System Engineer (DSE)** to work in the Propulsion area, responsible for **managing engine technical documentation** and providing direct support to engineers in **drawing release and updates**. The professional will be responsible for **creating, reviewing, and tracking component modifications**, ensuring technical data integrity and compliance with quality and engineering processes. They will also support **installation, integration, and modification analyses of new components** within the propulsion system, collaborating with local and global multidisciplinary teams. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage **technical and engine documentation**, ensuring versioning and traceability. * **Control drawing release activities** in coordination with responsible engineers. * Create, review, and track **technical modifications and evolutions** of components. * Support **installation and integration analyses of new components**. * Ensure compliance with engineering processes and PLM systems (CoDeP, Teamcenter). * Collaborate with **design, manufacturing, and validation teams**, maintaining constant peer-to-peer communication. ### **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). * **English:** Advanced (verbal and written communication); assessment will occur during the interview. * **3D Software:** Proficiency in **NX**, **SolidWorks**, or **Inventor** (mandatory). * ️ **Experience:** Design of **mechanical components** (mandatory). * **Desirable:** Experience in **engine and/or propulsion system design**. * ️ **Desirable:** Experience with **STLA documentation (CoDeP/PLM)** and release management. ### **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Excellent **communication and teamwork skills**. * Ability to **manage multiple tasks simultaneously**. * **Autonomous and proactive profile**, with strong technical vision and sense of priority. * Proven experience in **mid-level or senior roles**. ### **Location** * Must reside or be willing to relocate **near the Betim/MG plant**. * Work arrangement: **Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)**; **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
