Below are the requirements for this opportunity: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales/commercial roles is desirable. * Valid driver's license (Category A/B). * Personal vehicle. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Active CNPJ/MEI registration. Responsibilities for this opportunity: Prospect new clients, present customized solutions aligned with client needs, conduct in-person/virtual commercial meetings, prepare proposals, oversee post-sales activities to ensure client success and retention, manage client portfolio, collaborate with technical teams, stay updated on market trends and competitors, and maintain the CRM with all interactions and records. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. However, full schedule availability is required when necessary. This opportunity is offered under a PJ (legal entity) contract.
