Uberlândia Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **To succeed, you must:** * Completed High School; * Availability to work in shifts; * Basic computer skills; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Knowledge of CCTV systems is a plus; **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the Company's asset protection through standardized pre-established controls and by monitoring CCTV and IPL systems; * Inform and guide drivers who are not complying with the factory's safety procedures; * Guide drivers and organize the truck queue in the yard; * Organize and expedite the entry of trucks from the external yard into the factory area, preventing congestion at the weighbridge; * Conduct inspections of male and female locker rooms using a checklist, prepare reports with relevant information, and submit maintenance requests to resolve identified issues. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of IPL and CCTV electronic devices with the Asset Protection Leader, formally documenting all requirements by opening service orders in the corresponding service management systems. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
