We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm—to consistently exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop strategies aimed at achieving budget targets within your territory. * Define priority actions to support the company’s strategic growth within your customer portfolio. * Prepare monthly sales forecasts and assess their accuracy for each month of the current year. * Organize and actively participate in promoting all products in the Company’s portfolio—including field days, demonstration plots, channel training sessions, and user seminars. * Analyze, guide, and monitor product distribution with customers. * Maintain strict control over all territory expense metrics, maximizing available resources and conducting critical analysis of the financial performance report of your division. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy (completed). * Experience in selling agricultural pesticides within the operational region. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro begins now!
