Ambev Account Representative is responsible for consultative engagement across strategic channels, ensuring qualified service, customer base expansion, customer retention, and flawless point-of-sale execution. Works to maximize brand value, profitability, and customer experience through relationship management, data analysis, and structured negotiations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * **Ensure the 4 pillars of productive service** (buyer portfolio, correct visitation, and sales assurance). * **Understand each customer’s needs**, delivering customized support by channel and profile. * **Execute trade and pricing tactics for our products (TTC)**: menus, price ranges, digital coupons, and refrigerator management. * **Monitor exclusivity agreements**, evaluating performance and compliance. * **Achieve commercial targets** (beer volume, non-alcoholic volume, marketplace revenue, ideal mix, and others). * **Analyze data** (Power BI, Excel, and BEES) to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, forecast impact, and adjust course. * **Map growth and innovation opportunities** at customer accounts, proposing solutions that enhance competitiveness. * **Evaluate performance indicators** (sell\-in, sell\-out, market share, margin, and inventory). * **Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments**, ensuring end-to-end service (logistics, finance, service level, and trade). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Competencies:** * Organization, Planning, and Discipline; * Results orientation; * Digital fluency: Comfort using technologies such as mobile apps and smartphones; * Adaptability: Ability to adapt and respond effectively to new situations, changes, and challenges; * Strong communication and influence skills; * Sales experience preferred. **Qualifications and Prerequisites:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree. * Valid driver’s license (category B or AB), with fewer than 8 penalty points and no severe traffic violations in the last 12 months. **Additional Information** At AMBEV, we offer top-tier benefits for you and your legal dependents!
