During the program, the apprentice will have the chance to study topics related to the labor market and also learn firsthand about the reality of a corporate organization. **Sicredi Ouro Verde Cooperative \- Centro Branch \- Nova Mutum/MT** **Responsibilities and Duties** The young apprentice will be responsible for attending the **theoretical classes delivered** by Sicredi’s partner educational institution on the scheduled days and times. **Working Hours: 08:00 to 12:00** (Monday to Friday), with one day per week allocated for theoretical classes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek young individuals with initiative, cooperative spirit, energy, and eagerness to learn and grow with us:** * Must attend theoretical training. * Must be aged between 14 and 24 years. * Must be enrolled in, currently studying, or have completed high school. * Must possess a Work and Social Security Card (CTPS), ID card (RG), and CPF. * Basic knowledge of Office tools, especially Word and Excel. **Additional Information** Regarding remuneration package and benefits at **Sicredi Ouro Verde MT**, you will receive: Apprenticeship stipend Meal and/or food allowance amounting to R$1\.101,23 via Alelo.
