Job Summary: Intern will support the social follow-up of patients by conducting visits, providing reception and active listening to patient and family needs, and assisting in educational activities and referrals. Main responsibilities include conducting ward visits for patient follow-up under supervision, as well as receiving and actively listening to social needs expressed by patients and their families. The intern will assist and participate in educational activities and initiatives alongside the multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care promotion. The intern will also support referrals to the socio-assistance network, as directed by the responsible team. Among the duties is approaching patients and companions in waiting rooms to provide information, guidance, and reception, always focusing on humanizing care.
