Hands-on learning in candidate attraction, screening, and selection The Recruitment & Selection Intern will support the R&S team by assisting with operational and administrative activities related to recruitment processes. This position is designed for individuals seeking practical experience in all stages of candidate attraction, screening, and selection, working under supervision and with opportunities for growth. Compensation Details: * Type: Internship * Salary: R$ 792.00 * Meal allowance: R$ 330.00 * Transportation allowance: As needed **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Job posting** on job portals, social media, and internal channels; * **Initial resume screening** and identification of suitable candidate profiles; * Initial contact with candidates to align expectations and schedule interviews; * Organization and updating of the recruitment funnel and talent database; * Support in scheduling and logistics for in-person and online interviews; * Updating spreadsheets, tracking tools, and R&S systems; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); * Availability to intern **6 hours per day (30 hours per week)**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational ability; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office/Google Workspace**, with ease in using spreadsheets; * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong prioritization skills; * **Preferred qualifications:** prior experience in R&S, exposure to high-volume hiring, or experience in retail/services sectors.
