Job Summary: An expanding accounting firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead a strategic area, working in corporate accounting, offshore structures, and servicing complex clients—with autonomy and team management responsibilities. Autonomous team management and direct interface with the firm's leadership An accounting firm undergoing expansion seeks a **Senior Accountant** to assume technical and operational leadership of a strategic area. The role involves corporate accounting, offshore structures, and servicing high-complexity clients, with autonomous team management and direct interface with the firm's leadership. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Technical\-Operational** * Supervision and review of the accounting area: trial balances, journal entries, and monthly closing * Client servicing and management for entities with international structures (international holding companies, BVI, Cayman, and similar) * Ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations including: * ECD — Digital Accounting Record * ECF — Digital Fiscal Accounting Record * SPED — Public Digital Bookkeeping System **Team Management** * Leading the accounting team, defining priorities, and distributing tasks * Technical development of analysts under supervision * Ensuring adherence to deadlines and the firm's quality standards **Client Relationship** * Serving as the senior point of contact for more complex and/or higher-value clients * Conducting meetings for presenting results, tax planning, and asset structuring ### **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration * Solid experience in corporate accounting * Experience managing accounting teams * Advanced English (for communication with advisors and international structures) **Desirable** * Knowledge of international tax planning * Experience with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) * Familiarity with the Domínio system (Thomson Reuters) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Owner mindset — takes responsibility proactively, does not wait for constant direction * Clear communication with non-technical clients * Organized to handle multiple clients and concurrent deadlines * Open to processes and standardization — the firm is scaling up Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
