




Job responsibilities: \- Coordinate and supervise scaffolding assembly teams, ensuring services are correctly performed. \- Plan assembly, disassembly, and modification activities of scaffolds according to project schedule or area demand. \- Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to team members regarding procedures and safety regulations. \- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with regulatory standards (NR\-18, NR\-35, among others). \- Assess site conditions for assembly and authorize work commencement after verifying safety. \- Monitor the use, storage, and maintenance of scaffolding materials and equipment. \- Conduct periodic inspections of assembled structures, ensuring stability and technical compliance. \- Maintain communication with engineers, construction foremen, and other supervisors, aligning deadlines and priorities. \- Complete service reports, team control records, and productivity tracking. \- Train and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement and accident prevention.
