




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating scaffolding assembly, dismantling, maintenance, and usage activities, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on work quality and safety **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating scaffolding assembly, dismantling, maintenance, and usage activities at construction sites and other relevant situations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Master and perform, if necessary, all tasks assigned to REMA TIP TOP Scaffolder. · Conduct regular inspections to identify damage, wear, or safety issues in scaffolds, coordinating necessary maintenance actions; · Guide scaffolding assembly and dismantling activities, assigning and monitoring subordinates’ tasks from physical installation through site removal; · Instruct scaffolders on required procedures and standards, providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with schedules and specifications contained in drawings, work orders, or other documents. · Apply measurement tools and instruments, technical drawing, preservation, and assembly techniques for tubular structures used in scaffolding and shoring; · Collaborate, within the scope of their function and responsibilities, to implement REMA TIP TOP’s Quality, Occupational Health and Safety policies, and to continuously improve performance in quality, safety, and health within their area and the Company. · Monitor and verify daily task scheduling against planning and supervision. · Participate in hazard identification and occupational health and safety risk assessment relevant to their area and activities. · Understand their role and responsibilities for maintaining and practicing quality and safety within their area and the Company. · Ensure accuracy, organization, and preservation of documentation and records specific to their area and activities. · Know and comply with administrative and operational quality, safety, and health procedures specific to their area and activities. · Participate in developing and improving occupational health and safety operating procedures and instructions relevant to their area and activities when requested. · Ensure proper preservation and consistent, correct use of PPE by themselves and their colleagues. · Attend scheduled periodic medical examinations or functional change examinations. · Immediately record and report any quality or occupational health and safety incident or non-conformance observed in their area or elsewhere in the Company to their supervisor and the Occupational Health and Safety Department (SESMT). · Whenever applicable or requested, participate in investigations of quality or occupational health and safety non-conformances and incidents identified in their area or activities. · Whenever deemed appropriate, propose suggestions for improving quality, safety, health procedures and processes, and for enhancing safety conditions. · Maintain closer relationships and effective communication with clients. · Keep the service execution site clean and organized, consistently reminding the team of the 5S principles. · Master execution of all tasks assigned to the Scaffolder. · Be proficient in handling all tools used in scaffolding assembly activities.
