Job Summary: The professional will demolish buildings and structures, prepare construction sites, perform maintenance on machinery and tools, carry out excavations, and prepare materials. First-level maintenance of machinery and tools ABLE TO DEMOLISH CONCRETE BUILDINGS, MASONRY STRUCTURES, AND OTHER STRUCTURES; PREPARE CONSTRUCTION SITES, CLEAN THE AREA, AND COMPACT SOIL. PERFORM FIRST-LEVEL MAINTENANCE, CLEAN MACHINERY AND TOOLS, AND INSPECT EQUIPMENT CONDITIONS. CARRY OUT MANUAL EXCAVATIONS AND MANUALLY PREPARE CONCRETE MIXES AND OTHER MATERIALS.
