Job Summary: The driver instructor will be responsible for conducting practical driving tests, safety training, managing accidents and traffic violations, and mapping routes. Key Highlights: 1. Manage vehicle accident and traffic violation processes Responsibilities and Duties: **On a daily basis, you will:** * As a driver instructor, your mission is to conduct practical selection tests, deliver hands-on training, and evaluate the technical and behavioral performance of driver candidates. Additionally, you are responsible for conducting safety refresher training for fleet drivers, inspecting vehicle conditions, handling accident-related procedures, and supporting the occupational safety department in route mapping. * Conduct safety refresher training for fleet drivers. * Map new routes jointly with the occupational safety department. * Handle traffic violation procedures received by drivers. * Manage vehicle accident processes. * Monitor and evaluate driver performance. * Participate in the selection process for drivers and parking attendants. * Grade theoretical and practical exams for drivers and parking attendants. * Analyze traffic violation or accident incidents and develop action plans. * Deliver theoretical and practical training for new drivers and parking attendants. * Support the regulation and authorization of truck circulation licenses. * Investigate fleet and driver performance indicator results. * Submit service requests for user registration and fuel card applications.
