**Description:**
**To excel in this role, you must have:**
A completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in slaughterhouse operations and oven-based cooking systems;
Experience in people management;
Intermediate Excel skills — preferred;
Willingness to work on-site in Patrocínio-MG.
Here’s how you’ll contribute to the Industrial Administration team:
Supervising food processing and industrialization production processes, analyzing performance indicators, ensuring productivity, yield, and OTMIX across all production stages, monitoring inputs and raw material consumption to comply with internal procedures, current legislation, and company-defined quality standards;
Supervising and monitoring production scheduling, verifying and evaluating completed items to ensure fulfillment of the defined product mix for customer orders, aiming to achieve company-set objectives and targets;
Supervising food processing and industrialization production processes, analyzing performance indicators, ensuring productivity, yield, and OTMIX across all production stages, monitoring inputs and raw material consumption to comply with internal procedures, current legislation, and company-defined quality standards;
Supervising and directing team activities, implementing work plans and departmental procedures under your responsibility, ensuring execution of related actions and tasks, and guaranteeing achievement of established objectives and targets;
Ensuring compliance with production specifications required by sanitary surveillance and food safety regulations, as well as achieving company-established targets.
