Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, organize, and coordinate mechanized harvesting operations, ensuring production targets are met. * Lead and supervise operator and technician teams, assigning tasks and monitoring individual and collective performance. * Ensure equipment remains in optimal operating condition by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. * Monitor performance and quality indicators, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions, guiding the team on best practices for operation and workplace safety. Requirements and Qualifications * Driver's License Category B. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residency in Delta or Igarapava. * Technical or Higher Education degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. Desirable Requirements * Experience in mechanized harvesting operations and field team leadership.
