Strong analytical and legal writing skills **Department:** Labor Law We seek a Mid-Level Labor Lawyer with labor law experience to join our legal team. This professional will provide strategic and operational support for labor-related matters, contributing to legal analyses, drafting of legal documents and procedural filings, and case monitoring—all under the guidance of senior labor lawyers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct legal research and case law analysis; * Draft outlines of legal documents and procedural filings; * Support preparation for hearings and trials; * Conduct internal investigations, analyze allegations, and propose legal recommendations; * Prepare labor legal opinions; * Assess just cause dismissal cases; * Monitor inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Employment and the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office; * Draft and file administrative defenses and appeals within the labor jurisdiction; * Draft and monitor extrajudicial notices; * Stay updated on legislation, legal doctrine, and case law at local, national, and international levels; * Comply with the Information Security Policy, Code of Conduct, and Integrated Management System guidelines. **Financial and Management Responsibilities:** * Exercise responsibility over costs and expenses within one’s area of operation; * Contribute to achieving the budget targets of the directorate/business unit; * Support maintaining the gross margin of business units under one’s responsibility; * Ensure adherence to annual operational cash generation targets. **Requirements:** * Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in labor law; * Expertise in labor litigation and advisory services; * Strong analytical and legal writing skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with medium- or large-sized companies; * Postgraduate degree in Labor Law or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
