If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the requirements?** * Completed technical course and/or currently pursuing a higher education degree in fields related to IT or electronics; **What do we seek?** * Ability to work in a dynamic environment; * Self-managed and committed profile **What will be your challenges?** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers and multifunctional devices at client sites. * Provide technical support for printers and/or multifunctional devices, covering both monochrome and color equipment. * Respond to service requests according to the contract’s SLA and provide timely feedback to customers. * Additionally, comply with defined processes for each service call, such as closing service tickets via the system, generating necessary documentation to characterize improper usage for subsequent budget preparation, among others. * Monitor incoming service requests. * Maintain the client’s equipment park, ensuring Simpress equipment remains clean and fully operational. * Deliver appropriate technical support and provide guidance aligned with Simpress standards to customers regarding the use of machines and equipment. * Report any abnormalities at the client site to the Team Leader / Supervisor immediately if they may jeopardize profitability or contract continuity. * Identify and propose potential service improvement opportunities. * Support the procurement department; * Submit reports to the Team Leader / Supervisor upon request; * Collect meter readings during billing periods; * Manage inventory control; * Address customer requests and incidents; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Support activities assigned by the Team Leader / Supervisor. * Knowledge of IT / Networking.
