Job Summary: Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and maintenance of the headquarters and collection centers, while leading and guiding the cleaning team. Control the use of sanitation products and materials **Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the third-largest laboratory in the state of Minas Gerais by number of tests processed, operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis, is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader.** **Job Objective** Ensure appropriate cleaning, sanitation, organization, and maintenance of the headquarters and collection centers, guaranteeing suitable sanitary conditions for patients, staff, and equipment, while leading and guiding the cleaning team’s activities. **Main Responsibilities** Lead and guide the cleaning and maintenance team’s activities. Ensure cleaning and sanitation of sample collection rooms, reception areas, restrooms, administrative areas, and other facilities. Control the proper use of cleaning products and sanitation materials. Inspect daily the cleanliness and organization status of all areas. Assign tasks among cleaning team members. Ensure compliance with biosafety and hospital/laboratory hygiene standards. Request replenishment of cleaning supplies as needed. Supervise and guide staff on best practices for cleaning and maintenance. Report any irregularities or maintenance needs to coordination. Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school (high school diploma preferred). Prior experience in institutional, hospital, or laboratory cleaning, along with team leadership experience, is a plus. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. **Salary**: BRL 1,950.00 + benefits + hazardous duty allowance: BRL 304.00. **Benefits**: Monthly individual performance bonus (Attendance): BRL 260.00.
